Branko Galoić grew up with Balkan folklore and Yugo-Rock. Later he soaked up the music from the people he met where he lived, in Amsterdam, in Berlin, and nowadays in Paris. His Skakavać Orkestar is rather a travelling cabaret, blending Balkan brass sounds with wild guitar solos, and irony with melancholy and deep emotion.
