Please send applications with photographs of your booth including the items/goods and presentation.

Applications are accepted from 1st October 2021 to the 30th November 2021 for the festival in 2022.

Festival 2022 will be held from 7 to 10 July.

The pitches for caterers and retailers are awarded through a tender. All applicants will receive a questionnaire and price sheet to clarify technical issues and costs. Completed questionnaires must be returned to the organizers. Vendors from the CATERING area must include a price list of their products. The selection process will begin after the return of the questionnaires. Please note that due to the high number of applicants the participation decision is finalized only in March.

Instrument makers will be allocated a booth in the Instrumentenbauzentrum.
